As of October 2024, I am on maternity leave until January 2025!

Orders placed in this time will be shipped January 2025- if you've placed an order in this time, I will (or will have) contacted you to confirm expected shipping. 

In some instances I may be able to ship earlier depending on order quantity and complexity of order.

If you are wanting something for Christmas 2024 please contact me as rush orders may be possible for an additional fee (think 30%+ depending on quantity, complexity, your location, and when you require this by).

Can you embroider napkins for a wedding or event?

Absolutely! Please keep in mind these can take up to 3 months for ~60 napkins, however I will always do my best to accommodate your requests. Please keep in mind shipping times as well. 

Do you embroider by hand or machine?

Currently all designs are hand embroidered (by me). I draw the design in water-soluble or heat-erasable marker and embroider over the top.

I am digitising some original designs to be able to offer something really exciting (and still personalised!). These will still be made-to-order from my home studio. Stay tuned :)

What size are your napkins?

50cm x 50cm

What are the material/fabric options?

Premium linen is always 100% pure European flax linen, prewashed, and OEKO-TEX® certified.

You can also provide your own napkins to be stitched, this can be a great way to refresh linens you already have at home! If you choose this option please note you are responsible for any costs incurred in getting these to me for stitching. 

Please contact me if you would like something other than napkins as I occasionally source cocktail napkins and tea towels as well.

How come your prices are different on etsy?

I charge higher prices on etsy to recover the various and multiple fees. I'm unable to direct etsy customers to order from me directly as this is seen (rightly) as fee avoidance and can result in my account being suspended. 

I need something ASAP! Why does it take so long? :(

For now this is still a 'side hustle' as I work full-time, so all my Ciccia work happens once my kids go to bed :) If you need an order sooner please message me first as I can sometimes accommodate rush orders for an additional fee.

Where are you located?

I'm in Sydney and all items are made and shipped from here. Postage times are as per Australia Post Parcel guidelines for Regular and Express parcels, both domestic and international.
